Pick the Model That Fits Your Business
Every business has different CRM needs, timelines, and budgets. TechEsperto offers four engagement models — from one-time projects to ongoing partnerships.
Model 1: Project-Based (Most Common)
How it works: Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price. You define what you need. We deliver it. Payment in milestones tied to deliverables.
Best for: CRM implementation from scratch, migration from Salesforce, HubSpot, or other platforms, AI integration (lead scoring, chatbot, email AI), custom module development for industry-specific needs, and integration with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, ERP, or other systems.
Timeline: 4–16 weeks depending on scope. Cost: $5,000–$50,000 depending on complexity. See our implementation cost guide.
Model 2: Dedicated Team
How it works: A dedicated TechEsperto team (developers, consultants, project manager) works exclusively on your CRM for an extended period. Monthly retainer. Full-time or part-time allocation.
Best for: Ongoing CRM development with continuous new requirements, enterprise deployments needing sustained customization, large-scale data migration + implementation + training projects, and businesses building industry-specific CRM products on SuiteCRM.
Timeline: 3–12+ months. Cost: Monthly retainer based on team size and allocation.
Model 3: Managed Services
How it works: TechEsperto manages your entire SuiteCRM environment — hosting, backups, upgrades, performance optimization, security monitoring, and user support. You use the CRM. We handle everything underneath.
Best for: Businesses without IT staff who want zero server management, teams that need reliable Scheduler execution, email reliability, and uptime, compliance-sensitive organizations (HIPAA, GDPR) needing professional infrastructure management, and companies replacing expensive Salesforce admin salaries with a support package.
Cost: $300–$1,500/month depending on server size, user count, and SLA level.
Model 4: Hourly Support
How it works: Pre-purchased support hours for ad-hoc needs. Use hours for troubleshooting, small customizations, workflow creation, report building, and user questions. Hours don’t expire for 12 months.
Best for: Businesses with internal CRM admin who need expert backup, one-off customization requests (Logic Hooks, calculated fields, PDF templates), troubleshooting email, Scheduler, or workflow issues, and training refreshers for new hires.
Cost: Hourly rate with volume discounts for pre-purchased blocks.
